Enjoyed the interview! I love reading what tools other artists use. I have 2 Lami Safari pens which are also my favorite drawing pens-- one medium tip yellow and one fine tip silver. I greatly prefer the medium. The fine tip is nice and precise, but scratchy; the medium tip is smooth like butta.

I don't like that the ink from the Lamy beads up on a Moleskine sketchbook, though. That forced me to switch to Staedtler .08 tip pens when using the Moleskine. I'm now using a Picadilly notebook to carry around in my bag, but I'm unimpressed with the cheap paper quality (tho it's better for the Lamy), and find that I don't want to spend much time sketching in it as a result.

For other doodle-and-art-tool-obsessed, check out "An Illustrated Life: drawing inspiration from the private sketchbooks of artists, illustrators and designers" by Danny Gregory (on Amazon).
