Another round of updates on what some of the artists I’ve interviewed are currently up to:

Mar Hernández (interview) has a solo show currently taking place in Cuernavaca, México
Yuta Onoda (interview) is participating in “The Kids Are Alright” show at Show & Tell Gallery (opened Aug. 14th)
John Martz (interview) has started collaborating on comics with Zach Worton and Aaron Costain under the name Team Society League

I’m going to start a new feature here on The Tools Artists Use that catches up with the artists I’ve interviewed in the past. I’ll try and feature upcoming shows and exhibitions, as well as any art tool-related blog posts I come across.

scott c. (interview) has a few paintings in an upcoming show at Rivet in Columbus, Ohio.
Meg Hunt (interview) joins Scott Hull Associates, and reviews some new art tools she bought from JetPens.
Michael Nobbs (interview) talks about his newest booklet, called Start To Draw Your Life.
Wil Freeborn (interview) gets a new bag for carrying his art supplies.
Kiersten Essenpreis (interview) updates us with a list of shows where her work will be shown in the coming months.
